• Children from 1m to under 1.4m: Charged at 70% of the adult price.
• Children from 1.4m and above: Charged at 100% of the adult price.

Payment Policy

• A minimum deposit of 50% or full payment is required upon booking for tours that include speedboat transfers and meals.
• Other sightseeing services must be paid in advance or at the entrance.

Cancellation Policy

For individual travelers (under 10 guests):

• Cancel at least 1 day in advance: Free of charge.
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

For group bookings (10 guests or more):

• Cancel at least 3 days in advance: Free of charge.
• Cancel 1 day in advance: 60% cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.
