Tiếng ViệtOn the morning of September 14, the Khanh Hoa Tour Guides Association (under the Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Tourism Association) launched a cleanup program at the Hon Chong scenic area, located in Vinh Phuoc Ward, Nha Trang City. The program attracted the participation of around 100 members, including leaders of the Tourism Association, representatives of travel companies, tour guides, and tourism students from Khanh Hoa University.
During the morning, volunteers actively collected, sorted, and disposed of waste around the scenic area, contributing to creating a green – clean – beautiful space to welcome visitors. The activity not only carried the meaning of protecting natural landscapes but also helped build the image of a tourist destination that is friendly and environmentally conscious.
For tourism students, this was an opportunity to practice and raise awareness about the responsibility of environmental protection in the tourism industry. At the same time, tour guides had the chance to connect with the local community through practical actions, thereby spreading a green lifestyle and promoting the sustainable development of tourism in Khanh Hoa.
At the end of the program, the organizers expressed their hope that such meaningful activities will continue and expand, so that every individual working in tourism can become a “green ambassador” for the locality.
